StonePeak Gear Shipping Policy
At StonePeak Gear, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience, including efficient and reliable shipping services. Below you’ll find our shipping policies to help guide you through the process.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Processing Time
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom or special orders may require additional processing time; estimated timelines will be communicated during checkout or via email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99.
- Expedited and Overnight Shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure your package arrives safely, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur:
- If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@stonepeakgear.com within 7 business days of the delivery date.
All shipping and delivery issues must be reported within 7 business days of the original ship date to be eligible for research, potential claim submittal and possible credits. You are responsible for all customer service involving your customer and/or the transferring dealer receiving a firearms dropship order.
This includes:
- Damages
- Product Defects
- Warranty Issues
- Wrong Item Ordered
- Returns
- Any other issues not specifically listed above
Address Changes
Ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Changes to the shipping address can only be made before the order is processed.
CARRIER CLAIMS FOR DELIVERED SHIPMENTS
- A claim will not be submitted to the carrier if the carrier provided delivery confirmations, delivery scans and/or picture evidence prove successful shipment delivery to the destination address.
- StonePeak Gear's is not responsible for missing, stolen or lost packages after a shipment is successfully delivered.
Restricted Items
Certain items, such as those regulated under ITAR or other federal laws, may require additional documentation or be subject to shipping restrictions. If your order includes such items, our team will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

RETURNS POLICY
Missing items from shipments must be reported within 2 business days from date of receipt.
Returning Merchandise to StonePeak Gear's
- A Return Authorization (RA#) Number is required for all returned merchandise and must be requested within 30 days of original invoice date. Contact your sales executive to request an RA#. You will receive an email with further instructions when your return request is approved.
- RA#’s are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue.
- All unauthorized returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Merchandise that has been used or sold at retail is not subject to return to StonePeak Gear’s and should be referred to the manufacturer’s warranty repair center.
- All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and the dealer will be responsible for return shipping, unless the item was shipped by StonePeak Gear’s in error, or the product is defective cosmetically or mechanically when it arrives at the dealer.
- Return requests submitted for cosmetic reasons must be accompanied by pictures and will be approved for return at the discretion of StonePeak Gear’s.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, credit will be issued to the account.
Optics / Sights
Optics, Iron sights, and mounts must be brand new in the package to be eligible for return. If installation has been attempted or completed, returns will not be accepted by StonePeak Gear’s and any issues should be referred to the manufacturer’s warranty repair center.
NFA Regulated Items
- NFA regulated merchandise cancelled before shipment is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- NFA regulated merchandise that has been shipped and is being returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refused Shipments
- First refused shipment = 5% Restocking Fee.
- Second, refused shipment = 10% Restocking Fee.
- Third refused shipment = 15% Restocking Fee and account changed to prepay terms.
